Foote, Cone and Belding, a major global advertising agency with full, integrated communications services and top-10 rankings in many major markets, was looking for a renovation that would inspire people and help brand their space. With Johnsonite's flooring, they were able to accomplish just that. Their space differentiates them from their competition, motivates their staff and inspires their clients, creating value for their brand.
"Before we created this space, our clients used to have us go to their offices for meetings. Now they want to come here," said Connie Kozlowski, Director of Agency Operations at Foote, Cone and Belding. "Without all that extra travel time, our people are more productive. And out clients are more creative when they work in our space."
"Productivity is hard to measure in a creative field like advertising," adds Kozlowski. "But it's not brain surgery to recognize that when people like their space, it motivates them. Because they like being here, they don't rush out at the end of the day."
